Upholstery Cleaning

It is common to invest a great sum of money into your furniture and unfortunately day to day life can show its effects and dull the apperance of your fabrics and upholstery.

We use a tried and true method of cleaning your upholstery.

  1. We pre-inspect your furniture fabrics and upholstery to discover the fiber type, level of soiling, and the stability of the fabric and dye.
  2. We Pre-vacuum to remove any dry solid debris
  3. We use a pre-spray if needed on highly soiled areas to emulsify any dirt, grease, or food reminants
  4. After letting the pre-spray dwell for a short time we will then aggetate the fibers to release any contaminants and lift matted fibers
  5. Soil & pre-treatment is then extracted using specialized equipment and hot water (Steam Cleaning). In some cases, delicate upholstery will be cleaned using a dry cleaning agent and a hand bonnet.
  6. We will then rinse to remove any residues that might attract and retain future contaminants
  7. If requested we can deodorize the upholstery or fabric
  8. Depending on the fabric we may rake or groom the fabric
  9. If requested we can apply a fabric protector
  10. We give a final inspection and touch up any area that may need special attention
